Stony Ridge Estates and The Meadows are located in historic Stony Point, New York, the northern most town in Rockland County. Stony Point is only 25 miles from the George Washington Bridge following the direct route of the Palisades Interstate Parkway.
The location is an easy commute to Manhattan, Westchester, and Orange Counties or Bergen County, New Jersey. Various modes of public transportation are available.
Stony Point borders Harriman State Park and the Hudson River. The river offers many pleasures, as well as the commuter ferry, yet another choice for enjoying your home in Stony Point and traveling into work easily.
Sixty-four percent of the 26-square-mile town, founded in 1865, is Palisades Interstate Park, which is owned by the state of New York. Stony Point also has two municipal parks - Veterans Memorial Park, with baseball, softball and football fields, and Lowlands Park, which has swings, wading pool and other equipment.
A few of the amenities North Rockland offers are a fine school system, public library, town pool, parks and recreation fields, historical sights, river access, golf course, and convenient shopping. The area has popular and well-established youth athletic programs including baseball, football, and soccer.
Our new custom homes, in the community of Stony Ridge Estates and The Meadows, have scenic backdrops, beautiful lots, and the small town charm of Stony Point. |
